From Sunday 22nd of August you will no longer need to book a seat to come to Buccleuch. Following Scottish Government and Free Church guidelines there is no longer any need to socially distance or record contact details. We are thankful and grateful to God for the provision of vaccinations and the easing of restrictions to enable us to gather for worship. We are also happy to be able to open the front doors again! Our community will be able to see we’re open and able to join us if they wish. The side door will also be open so you can pick your entrance and exit. All those over 12 years old do need to continue to wear a mask for the time being and we will still have hand sanitiser available at the doors for you to use.

On the 22nd Junior Church will restart as will the provision of creche for kids not yet at school.

While many of us are excited by the easing of restrictions, the leadership in Buccleuch understand that there are people who will be concerned. We will have an area of the church kept for 1m socially distanced seating. If you would like to sit in this area, please let us know by booking one of these seats: Socially Distanced Seat Booking Form. You can enter and exit the building by the side door, and the ushers will be on hand to make sure you feel safe while you worship with us.

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that
God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of
Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. Be
wise in the way you act towards outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let
your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know
how to answer everyone. (Colossians 4:2-6)
