Buccleuch is a vibrant city-centre church. Situated right beside the historic University of Edinburgh, we have a considerable ministry among students. We are also a family-oriented church and have a developing outreach ministry among homeless and other disadvantaged people.
We are part of the Free Church of
Scotland, an evangelical Presbyterian church dating from 1843, which
has congregations throughout most of Scotland, in London and North America,
and has international mission work in South America, South Africa and
India.
The Free Church of Scotland
is Bible-based, Christ-centred and committed to outreach and mission.
In our worship, we believe in the primacy of preaching - the exposition
and application of God's Word to today's needs. For more information
