Future of Buccleuch
We've now agreed the following dates with Neil MacMillan for the meetings which we plan to hold to consider the future of Buccleuch:

| 1 | 22 February 2011 | Neil MacMillan to meet with the Kirk Session to discuss the future development of Buccleuch |
| 2 | 6 March 2011 | Neil MacMillan to meet with the Congregation to discuss the future development of Buccleuch |
| 3 | 15 March 2011 | Neil MacMillan to meet with the Kirk Session to do further work and to consider the views of the congregation. |
| 4 | 3 April 2011 | Neil MacMillan to meet with the Congregation to discuss what research we require to establish if our collective ideas match the needs of those whom we plan to reach |
| 5 | 8 May 2011 | Research results fed back to Neil MacMillan from the Congregation |
| 6 | May/June 2011 | Sub-group of the Kirk Session comprising Alex MacDonald, Bob Akroyd, Fergus MacDonald and Donald Forsyth to work with Neil MacMillan to filter all of the information gathered in stages 1 to 5 to produce a draft plan. |
| 7 | August 2011 | Kirk Session to (amend and) adopt the draft plan |
| 8 | September 2011 | Share plan with the Congregation |
| 9 | March 2012 | Kirk Session sub-group to review progress |
| 10 | September 2012 | Kirk Session sub-group to review progress |

These meetings are important to the future of the Congregation and I'd very much appreciate your prayerful support for them as we seek to determine God's plans for us.
